Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Seymour

Wonderful experience. Not going into details but had some issues with our room. Front desk night manager lady was very professional and so polite. She made sure myself and my wife and two little boys. Were happy and satisfied. Thank you and when we are back in Seymour to visit our daughter and Grandson we will return. I didn't get her name but more hotels should have more employees like her. God Bless..

Just stayed here for a night while driving from Chicago to Atlanta. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. Location is fine, right off the highway. Only negative was that the breakfast was a little sparse; a little fresh fruit would have been appreciated.

My husband and I were driving from Chicago to NC and we were exhausted, thankfully FI&S had a room available at almost midnight. When we arrived, the front desk staff was warm and friendly, and got us checked in quickly. The room was very clean and comfortable, especially after a long drive. The water pressure was excellent, very important since we had been staying at an AirBnB in Chicago that had awful bathrooms. It was great not having to make our own breakfast the next morning, which was delicious. Check-out was very easy and again, the staff was wonderful. We left on Halloween and one of the staff members was dressed up and we loved it. Very relaxed, fun, and welcoming.

Trey, at the front desk, was very kind when he heard we were traveling to a funeral. It felt like real hometown friendliness. This is Marriott is clean, comfortable and convenient to I-65. Enjoy your stay 😄

I stayed here while traveling across country and booked the room on the app. I selected to use my phone as a key, but upon arrival I was informed I had to check in at the desk and get a key anyway. No big deal. It was about 11:30pm. I got to my room to get showered and in bed but I had no shower curtain! Informed the front desk but it was late at night so I didn’t get a curtain during my stay. The bed was comfortable and the coffee was ready and hot. I didn’t try the breakfast and I was gone by 6:00am, so I didn’t really experience any of the other amenities.
