Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites San Bernardino

The room was clean. It is an older hotel, but It had everything we needed. The bed was good. The breakfast was really good. Lots of choices, little extra things to make it nice. We only stayed one night on our way to Legoland.

Absolutely fantastic stay! I booked a king room through Priceline and was pleasantly surprised. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating—they even helped me get a higher floor upon request.||||Both the manager and another staff member were professional and kind, taking the time to explain room options and making sure I felt safe and comfortable.||||The hotel was clean, quiet, and well-kept. I didn’t hear any noise at night and slept soundly—no barking dogs or loud hallways, just peace and quiet.||||I also saw a security guard on-site, which added to my sense of safety.||||The room was spotless, smelled fresh, and clearly showed the staff’s attention to detail and pride in their work.||||I originally booked two nights but ended up staying three. I’d definitely come back!

It’s really hard to sleep because of the freeway noise and the loud air conditioner. What’s worse, only boiling hot water comes out of the faucet — there’s no normal water. The tap water is broken… When I went to take a shower, I realized there were no shampoos. The bottles were there but completely empty, so I had to get out without washing. A truly terrible hotel — I do not recommend it.

All in all my stay was good. The front desk people were amazing very nice and polite. We stayed two nights and the first night we had some trouble with our air conditioning smelling like it was on fire so we went to the front and the young lady moved us immediately. With no hesitation she got us another room and after that we had no more trouble. our stay was pleasant.
