Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Omaha Papillion

Fairfield turned out to be a comfortable and reliable place to stay during the trip. The room was clean, quiet, and set up well for a good night’s rest, with a comfortable bed and everything arranged neatly. The bathroom was maintained properly, with good water pressure and fresh towels, which always makes the stay feel better. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, making check-in quick and straightforward. The hotel overall had a calm atmosphere, and the common areas were tidy and easy to move through. Breakfast in the morning had a decent selection, and the space was kept clean even during busier hours. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room spotless, and the breakfast fresh and enjoyable. After our experience at the Holiday Inn, this Fairfield Inn & Suites was an absolute breath of fresh air compared to other hotels in the area, and I look forward to returning for our next trip to Omaha!!

Friendly customer service. Decent rooms - clean, average beds, room is on the small side. We could have used a normal sized hotel closet since theirs was quite small. There also were only two drawers for clothing. Additionally, the refrigerator was a mini one, smaller than average. There was no in-room safe. Overall, it's an average room with no major negatives so that was good, and the hotel personnel were great. The provided hot breakfast was nice, too. During the day, they offered bananas and cuties free for the taking, so that was a nice touch.

Good stay overall. The staff were friendly and the location was convenient. The room was comfortable, but cleanliness could be improved — the bathroom looked clean at first glance, but the details (tile marks and tub surface) showed it needs more thorough maintenance. Breakfast and service were decent, but for a Marriott-brand property I expected a bit more consistency. Not a bad stay, just room for improvement.
