Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Newark Liberty International Airport

Overall this was a good experience. My room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast options were great! The check in process was quick as well. My only complaint was it was very difficult to find the free airport shuttle from terminal A. There was no clear signage at the airport and no instructions on the hotel website. When I called the hotel and asked for help they told me to go to P3 but again, there was no signage at the airport. That's not the hotel's fault, but I wish there'd been a page on the hotel website with instructions. I understand there's construction at the Newark Airport but it was 12:30 am, it was nearly 0 degrees out, and I was so extremely lost. I wish it had been an easier process to figure out where I needed to meet the shuttle.

What a pleasant surprise! I booked this property same day just because I needed to break up a road trip and I figured this airport property just off the highway would be convenient. It was! It's also clean and neat. My room was comfortable and well laid out. AC unit functioned without excessive noise and allowed for a continuous fan. Breakfast was a solid mix of the usual Fairfield fare. All in all very happy!

There is a shuttle service that takes about 10-15 minutes to reach the terminal. The TV in the room displays flight information, and the breakfast is good.

What a great stay! We stayed one night, in order to catch a flight the next day and our stay was excellent. The hotel was very clean and well kept. Our room was very big, it had a sitting area, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was very spacious. We were pleasantly surprised to have a continental breakfast before we went to the airport via their hotel shuttle. Overall a great stay and we will definitely use their service again the next time we travel.

The airplanes or simi trucks interstate noise means every room is noisy. Dryer is broken. Gym is small. Horrible location no public transportation, Uber super expensive because every trip is 7 miles in a circle around the hotel. If you are driving you will have to cross 4 lanes of interstate immediately to make exit for hotel. Has no restaurant or convenience store. So delivery fees if drivers are available otherwise you risk your life with the exit curves. But you get a great view of prison or airport
