Beautiful beautiful and cleanness hotel i stayed for 4 days the hotel. Everything is convenient.|Restaurant the amenities and the lobby the hotel staff they are incredible the lady they cleaned the room. They held me with everything I needed in my room to recover from my surgery|The ladies on the front officer, they are the best very nice they went out and beyond. To resort all my cuestion marlan sarita keep it up the goo work belkis thank you so much for your help. You always friendly you patter go out your way to help me thank you so much. The staff was very pleasant. We ordered queen beds but received full beds, the room was humid, the toilets wouldn't flush one of the toilets got clogged. One of our rooms what's going to be charged for parking, but the staff promptly corrected that. The staff was a B+ but the facility was a c minus

Don't check into this hotel late, and request a late check out as a Platinum guest. They will start banging on your door at 11am. I ignored the request as I was gathering my things to get ready for the day. A second knock came shortly after 12. After opening door and saying "can I help you?" To house keeping, I received a response of "no". I then asked "why are you banging on my door then?, I have a 4pm check out" I received a simple "sorry" as she turned around and walked away. Checked into this hotel after getting in at a little after 1am from Dallas. Security doesn't speak english, and I don't speak spanish. The girl at the front desk was friendly enough. No one is really excited at 1am, so I get the lack of enthusiasm. Room is ok. Not for the 200 something dollars it costs

We had a great experience at this hotel. Hotel it self was good, nothing amazing, but comfortable and was a great location to the cruise port. My main reason for the review is the service. Our flight was really early in the morning. We got there and they let us hang out in the lobby until a room was ready. It took a few hours to get a room but they were so kind and patient with our kids sleeping on the couch. They printed out my boarding pass for me that I forgot to do. Anytime I needed anything they did it with a smile. I worked/talked with Karen mostly, and she was exceptional at the front desk. I know she was so busy with lots of people checking in and out but she was never less than exceptional and kind. Thanks for the great experience.

Nice hotel. Clean and well kept. We had a suite. Only problem is that it gets REALLY busy on days when multiple cruise ships come in. We got there at about noon and waited in the lobby with about 50 other people until 3 to get into our room. It was a nice suite though. Some traffic noise and airport noise but not bad.
