The room was decent, but probably wouldn't return. Needed to be deep cleaned. The sheets and the shower curtain had stains. The breakfast was great and the staff was great.

Stayed on 1/1/2026 for one night. The evening of check-in, there was no hot water in room 428. Front desk lady reset the water heater and still no hot water. She moved us to room 228 and the same saga, no hot water. At this point, we were too tired to pursue this, hoping the water will be hot in the morning. I needed to print one page but the business center computers did not work. The property is in need of maintenance. The shower closet had rust stains, the bathroom door would not close and the toilet kept refilling the tank all night due to slow leak. There is a flood light right outside the room window that shone all night long. The blackout curtains did not close completely so the room was filled with light all night. I had a very disappointing experience at the Fairfield Inn. From the moment I checked in, I noticed that the room temperature was uncomfortably hot, making it impossible to relax or get a good night's sleep. Despite adjusting the thermostat, the room remained stiflingly warm, which was quite frustrating. To make matters worse, I discovered an infestation of Asian lady beetles throughout the room. These pests were not only numerous but also pervasive, crawling on the walls, bed linens, and even my belongings. Their presence made the environment feel unclean and uninviting, and I was uncomfortable staying there. This hotel has some issues; management needs to address. All employees spend more time on their phones than taking care of jobs. Upon check in we were told a few troubling things as a place you stay and spending your hard earned $$. We were told the elevator doesn't work from 4th floor coming down, morning buffet starts @ 7am instead of normal start times at competitors @ 6- 630am. Also the parking coming in late is bad, as in nowhere to park safe. Also as for the room 422, air unit made noise, rust bleeding from shower, along with mold. This hotel is very close to being good, but needs management that cares as Marriott is known for. Good luck and Safe travels.

Positive: Excellent staff at this Fairfield Marriott! The desk staff was welcoming and the kitchen staff running the breakfast buffet was kind and helpful. My room was comfortable, well appointed and fresh. Will definitely stay here again! Negative: ""
