Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Indianapolis Avon

I was in Avon for a family wedding and stayed in one of the suites. It was comfortable and extremely quiet. The hotel is in the middle of a suburban shopping and restaurant mecca. There is pretty much everything you could want within a ten minute drive. The staff was wonderful. The manager Cole and the night manager Rick were extremely helpful with information and extra bedding for the sofa bed. When we checked out the weekend manager Ashley was also very accommodating.

Simone was very friendly and helpful!!!! I was there for work from Sunday-Thursday. She always welcomed me back in the evenings, and asked about my training. She made me feel like family by genuinely showing interest in why I was there. The hotel was very comfortable, and felt like home away from home. I would love to stay there again. The hotel is in a safe and nice area. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. I highly recommend this hotel. All the staff where very nice. Simone just went above and beyond!!!! I enjoyed talking to her nightly. She does a wonderful job making guests feel welcomed!!!!

Clean, modern accommodations with very helpful and friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable, large range of cable channels, and just about everything from carpets to fixtures is in great shape. Spacious and immaculately clean, this exceeded my expectations for a quick overnight stay.

We were in town for our son's wedding and enjoyed a restful stay at this Inn. Tiffany, at the front desk, made sure that everything went smoothly. The room was very attractive, clean and comfortable. We appreciated that the heating/AC unit was very quiet. Breakfast had a wide assortment of food and the supply was always plentiful (even at 10:00 when breakfast was to be over). The breakfast staff responded quickly to any questions or requests. They also smiled and chatted pleasantly with all of the guests. I do have 1 suggestion: There is only one grab bar in the shower and it is right by the faucet. It would be helpful to have a grab bar on the wall at the back of the shower also. That would provide for more sure footing while showering.

Simone was so helpful to our large group during a very busy weekend. She accommodated our request without hesitation, which made our stay there memorable. The breakfast was great, the coffee was always hot and service with a smile was inspiring. Thank you Simone!
