Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Great Barrington Lenox/Berkshires

These guys are really good at what they do. It's value lodging with breakfast included, nice pool facilities, and a good meeting space and they do it all the right way. The room was clean, well kept, and we'll appointed. The breakfast was consistently good and the service was great. The indoor pool was very nice and the area was well maintained. The front desk was fast, friendly and efficient. We've stayed in some of the best hotels in the world and there is often some small disappointment. That just didn't happen here.

This was the perfect location to stay to visit the Norman Rockwell Museum and hike in the area. The front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had many options to choose from. I raised a concern on an item, and it was immediately addressed. Later, the on duty manager, Cassidy, went above and beyond by directly calling me to follow up. This hotel values value customer service! I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for our Berkshire weekend getaway, we were able to walk to dinner, shopping, and bowling from the hotel. This hotel is clean, the breakfast is complimentary & delicious. THE STAFF! They are the nicest, sweetest, most hardworking. I was really impressed and touched with the women who were working the breakfast station, they were kind, prompt and above all really nice. The staff alone would make me come back and stay at the Fairfield again. Beyond that, the hotel was clean, we used the hot tub and pool everyday and that was so enjoyable and well maintained. We needed extra pillows and towels because we are high maintenance(not because the room was ill-equipt), these items were brought to our room promptly. The Fairfield Inn Great Barrington staff and management are super welcoming and helpful... whether I'm requesting a quiet room or just a spot in the dining area to enjoy take-out dinner. The Inn rooms are always spotlessly clean and well-equipped. In addition, the Fairfield Inn is just a 5-minute drive to Ski Butternut, a wonderful family mountain with top notch, competitive Alpine Interclub and Tri-State race programs for ages 6 to 18.
