Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Denver Airport

Positive: We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel! The spacious and clean rooms created a cozy atmosphere, and the fast Wi-Fi was a huge plus. Negative: We especially appreciated the opportunity to have access to cold drinking water and to make hot tea or coffee at any time of the day ? it was very convenient.

Fairfield||We just needed a room by the airport for our morning flight. The Marriott bed was a welcome comfort. The bath towels are big and soft. Everything seemed new or recently renovated. The elevator location is just bizarre, must be a fire code thing. They are at the far end of the carpeted halls from the front desk. The bathroom door would not stay open. It has a special hinge that keeps it closed, fire code? Could have more receptacles by the bed to plug my devices into. The service people we interact with were very friendly, the included breakfast bar was standard fare but the staff was on top of keeping it fresh and clean.

1-Star Review / Formal Complaint My wife booked our hotel through Priceline because it was more affordable, and I was listed as the second adult on the reservation. After a full day of traveling alone with my 4-year-old twins and my elderly mother, we arrived exhausted and simply needed to check in. From the moment we approached the front desk, the experience was unacceptable. The only employee visible—a Hispanic female at the front desk who refused to provide her name or manager contact information—was visibly overwhelmed, unprofessional, and rude. Multiple guests in line witnessed the same behavior toward other customers. She was the only staff member available for at least 15 minutes while a line of guests waited. When I provided my ID, she refused to check my family in solely becaus

Staff and shuttle driver were friendly and professional. We booked short notice to our one night stay for a Sunday evening and were assigned the room behind the elevator which made loud noises every time it moved, similar to a few bowling balls being dropped into Styrofoam. If you're a light sleeper you'll want a different room. Coffee and water always available in the lobby was perfect for our 3:30 shuttle pick up.

We stayed the night of arrival and the night before departure. Night one, 5 bubbles....night 2 2 bubbles. Night one everything was great. The morning a very tasty breakfast. Night two, different roon, the water trickled in the shower and water temperatures fluctuated wildly. I recommend this hotel but check the quality of your room before you unpack.
