Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Chillicothe

We were traveling from Iowa to Missouri and stopped BC of bad weather. Rooms are very clean, as is lobby. Shower is big and walk in...dont have to get in over a tub wall & fight a shower curtain. Hubby loved the mattress ( too firm for me). I had my own pillow...wasnt to impressed with their pillow. Feather..too soft. No complaints with his hotel, very nice.

I travel very frequently for work and am usually either a Platinum or Titanium Bonvoy member. That being said, there are plenty of Marriott properties that don’t always live up to the Marriott standards. I’m happy to say that this hotel definitely did. Besides the obvious things like cleanliness, comfortable beds, and nice amenities, it’s the little things that really make a place stand out. When I entered my room, there was a hand written thank you note, thanking me for being a Bonvoy member and staying there. That meant so much to me, and really set the tone for the rest of my visit. Everyone was friendly, especially the ladies working the breakfast area. So, good job to the management and staff at this hotel. The fellow who checked us in was very courteous and helpful. The hotel was busy but very quiet. Clean!! Breakfast was great! Coffee really good. Nice pool but not enough time to test it🙂

My stay was great. I made a last-minute trip. I was able to get a room and check in on the way up with the mobile app. I also a key at the front desk when I arrived. The staff was very friendly. The room was spacious and clean. It was nice to have to option to swim or workout and breakfast was good in the morning. I was able to check out with the app and drop my key of at the front desk. It was a super easy process.

Easy, friendly check in and checkout. Room, was very clean. Hallways and lobby very clean and inviting also. A wonderful stay.
