Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Cherokee

Savannah at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. Even though her shift was during a snowstorm and she must have been exhausted, she greeted us every single time with a genuine smile. Her positive attitude and dedication did not go unnoticed. This hotel is very lucky to have such a hardworking and truly kind employee—she made our stay so much better.

My husband and I came to the hotel late and Kelsey was incredibly sweet, patient, and helpful. It had been a long journey to get here and she made our welcome AMAZING! Appreciate you, Kelsey. Keep up the great customer service.

Positive: Location Negative: Yes dishonest employee that took my wife's shoes after we had checked out we realized that when we got to our next stop and we called the hotel to ask them if they had found the shoes when cleaning the room and they said they didn't find any not true

Run down facility in the shadow of the Cherokee casino|Great proximity to the entrance of the smoky mountain national park and visitor center|If you are passing thru and need a place to catch some sleep, this place is affordable and will fit the bill|But if you want a decent breakfast, comfort, reasonably updated furniture and amenities, go somewhere else. This Fairfield is not going to offer that until it gets a big refresh

I would love to give this facility 5 stars but the breakfast area cleanliness was a subpar experience. The photo is the waffle iron prior to the first use of the day. It is crusted in food residue. The tongs used to remove waffles were not cleaned during my 4 day stay. Do better.
