Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Branson

Super pleased! I stayed at fairfield Springfield north and won’t be back. Going the extra mile to come to Branson was worth it!!! I came with my kids for a mental break, we were able to get a first floor which is great when u you have kids. we enjoyed the pool and I certainly loved the hot tub and it’s open literally all day!!! Woke up with a great breakfast and breakfast attendant he was so helpful and kind and had such great energy to get your day started. Rooms were clean and comfy. I’ve truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

Overall the hotel is nice there are only a few complaints my family and I have. We feel the bathroom is in need of a deep cleaning. There was mold around the bottom of the tub on the outside. Mold beginning to come up on the ceiling and the tub was in desperate need of a good scrub. |On the good side, staff was friendly especially the gentleman doing the breakfast. It was a crowded Sunday morning and he was on top of things. Breakfast had a nice variety of options. We especially loved that they had ice cold water in the lobby. We will stay here again.

Had to stay one night due to an issues with our Air bnb. The staff is super nice!! The room was very clean and I love whatever they are using to wash the sheets it smells so good and just clean not perfumed. This hotel has seen better days and the wallpaper in our bathroom looked pretty nasty and suspect to mold. Everything is quite worn. That said it is clear the staff work really hard to keep it spotless. You can’t find a better location.

Positive: The room was clean. Negative: The pool area was gross. The hotel itself is extremely outdated. There is one ice machine for the whole building and the elevator was down. Breakfast was horrible. I know they’re fake eggs, but they don’t have to be sitting in water. Very small selection

Basic value hotel with very small bathroom. Rooms / towels only serviced every other day or by request. The most joyous person we've ever met kept the breakfast area and coffee urns filled. He made sure everyone was welcomed and served.
