FairBridge Inn & Suites Leavenworth

Positive: Great breakfast options. Was able to check in a bit earlier. Was able to leave the vehicle there for a few hours after check out to watch my niece in the Autumn Festival parade. Thank you!!! Hotel front desk clerks were friendly and helpful. Negative: Light in bathroom started to blink on and off. Told the staff when I checked out. Water in the shower turned cold intermittently.

The rooms appear to be remodeled except the bathroom. The toilet is very low and the tub is very narrow, the smallest I have ever seen. It would be nice if there were handrails by the toilet and tub. Definitely needed. We brought our Yorkie but could not find the dog walk for potty breaks so my husband had to walk across the street with the dog each time. Air conditioning was perfect plus the room had a ceiling fan. All in all our experience was okay.

We found one of the cheapest rooms in the Leavenworth area during the January festival, and it included free breakfast and free parking, which was a huge plus. The location was fantastic—about a 6-minute walk to restaurants and downtown Leavenworth, where you can see the lights glowing in all the shops. There’s a coffee shop right across the street with great reviews and a pizza place just steps away, perfect for a quick dinner. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked every morning, with pancakes, waffles, sausage, eggs, potatoes, and all the usual baked goods. Coffee, juices, hot chocolate, and tea were available 24 hours a day, which we really appreciated. The pool and hot tub were open until 10 pm, with adult-only hours from 10–12, which was really nice. What a wonderful experience staying at the Fairbridge Inn. The moment we checked in we were greeted by the manager John. He provides excellent customer service and makes great food recommendations! We stayed in their honeymoon suite and it was great, large jacuzzi tub, fireplace in the corner, and an excellent view of the mountain in the morning. The room was really clean. The breakfast buffet was great. Great biscuits and gravy, pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausages, toast, muffins, cereal, and lots of coffee and tea. It’s only a short 5 min walk to the downtown area making this a quick walk home after a good meal. Thanks John for making our trip extra special, we appreciate your kindness.

Staff (namely Amanda and housekeeping) are absolutely wonderful, which is what makes the difference. Otherwise, basic hotel with general buffet breakfast. Easy 2-block walk to downtown or adventure park. Bed was comfortable. AC doesn't stay on thru night, so woke up several times either chilly or sweating, but this won't necessarily stop me from staying again. Water pressure was good enough, but both shower and sink were slow to drain. Showers not equal in all rooms: our 2nd room had a handheld shower head vs room #1s fixed. In short, good enough to lay my head down each night and get me off to a good start in the morning.
