The place is not suitable for living and sleeping. The smart owner built it 10 feet from the busiest and noisiest NJ 17. The door and window are not soundproof at all. It was impossible to sleep. The attendant did not at least offer a room on the other side of the motel, but I'm not sure that helped at all. The smell in the room is disgusting and heavy (attendant said: non-smoked! room). No fresh air. So $100 wasted for not getting rest after a busy day and against another busy day. Is there any state/federal control here? 11/12/2024. Room #3
😊: Friendly Staff. The room was clean. The towels were soft.. 😢: You could see through the door opening to the outside parking lot. The rug was terrible. No fridge, no microwave, no coffee. It was very loud noise all night next to the highway because of the poor gaskets around the door..
😊: Staff was nice and helpful. 😢: Facilities are not good. Room was not well maintained Exhaust in washroom was not working. Some lights in room was not working so.it was dark all the time. Air conditioner was working weird. It's too cold for one hour and then it stops working for few hours making room hot and uncomfortable. Not worth my money spent..
Stayed here when we were at a friends wedding in the area. Very clean rooms, pretty good service and accommodating when we had to check in late because of the time of the wedding. We saved a chunk not staying at the wedding hotel but got just as good accommodation here. ||||Our room had a queen bed and was in the back area of the motel. Surprisingly quiet considering the traffic route 17 gets. ||||We'll be back for the next wedding!
The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy and the sheets were clean. Microwave and refrigerator are provided in the room. No shampoo in the room..no problem I asked at the front desk and it was provided to me. As far as some of the reviews were saying they heard the cars on route 17, I can honestly say that I did not hear the traffic from my room. Coffee is provided in the office in the morning. I would recommend the Fair Motel.
