Extended Stay Green Bay

Stayed on the first floor near the lobby and it was very quiet. Mattresses and pillows were extremely comfortable and the room/bathroom was very clean. Room had a full fridge and a microwave. Great value for the price and location!

I have just been informed that my $98.99 will not be refunded because I did not cancel before their deadline. Actually, they cancelled my reservation: Their listing says "Pet Fee $75" and before I initialed the receipt, I asked where was the $75 fee since I had a cat with me. The clerk told me that they only allow dogs, no cats. NOWHERE was this stated-it just said Pet Fee. I was not allowed by the clerk to finish checking in and was forced to find another hotel. However, I was still charged.

I have stayed here several times. The staff are always exceptional and accomadable for my needs. The rooms are large enough with nice tv, large fridge and double eye flattop. All essentials for kitchen for 4 people with dish detergent and towels. Coffee in lobby available all times of day with a laundry room and snack machine. Well done!

Near the freeway, but if you respect your privacy, do NOT stay here. The manager tells other people about you and your time there or details without your permission. I stayed here under my maiden name and... I had a $20 tip for housekeeping but couldn't get them not to no-show for my room cleaning 3 days in a row so they never got it. There are better places nearby at the same rate. The lady at the front, TWICE told people about me or even my ROOM #. I had been fleeing an abusive situation at the time when my EX shows up AT MY DOOR because of the lady at the front desk and another day she told some strange man when I had been in my room.

The room was nice and new. The staff was nice. But the water pressure coming out of the shower head was dismal pathetic. Let the front office know and nothing was done. It was in a accessible room with a rolling shower which is great. A little water would have really made it a nice event
