Extended Stay America Suites- Toledo - Holland

I've been staying here through Autumn and winter with my small kids once a week. 9/10 times the rooms are perfect. Way cleaner than the other location in Maumee. I was blown away how disgusting that hotel was and how this place was light-years ahead. The staff is always friendly. Will be finishing off winter here happily. Will return next Autumn. Best value in the area.

The ship is older but fairly well maintained. The temperature of the rooms was very cool. Would guess in the 60's. The dining room was particularly cold One of the service ladies that seated pax wore a shawl and had winter muffs! Lots of cabin built-ins that you do not see on the newer ships. Positive: "" Negative: Exit door in the hall was right by our room, 102, and was propped open with a floor mat. This made us feel less secure and safe as strangers could easily gain access to the hall near our room.

Service started good. But went down hill fast. They refuse to give basic necessities. You have to supply your own bedding here. Good luck getting coffee. And don't expect to have a civil conversation at the front desk. 3rd shift manager is a mean and disrespectful individual. I'm floored that she's still employed

i would not recommend this hotel based on the cleanliness. as someone who suffers from ocd this has been awful for me i do understand this is a pet friendly hotel but not everyone has pets nor would they like to look like they do.. the drawers in my room were covered in pet hair, honestly the whole room is unfortunately just walking around it flys up (literally getting stuck in my chapstick multiple times🤮) looking above the stove was a nightmare looks as if it hasn’t had a thorough clean in years the microwave needs more cleaning as well.. the only thing that looks as if it’s been cleaned throughly is the fridge (thank god). the bathroom had left over hair from previous person and the walls in the room look like they haven’t been wiped down in a long time as there’s stains on them in the
