Extended Stay America Suites- South Bend - Mishawaka - North

The hotel smells like pee especially in the room, it’s really dark inside the room and there are stains all over the mattress. The bathroom is the worst part, the shower and the sink are really old and has cracks/missing parts all over. There are also spiderwebs in every single corner. This hotel is THE WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Don’t recommend staying at this place, this is a warning. But the staff are really kind.

From the moment we arrived at the Extended stay america hotel, the staff were very courteous and went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The manager Wendy is amazing! She has always greeted us with a smile and an extremely pleasant person all around. Thank you Wendy and staff for a remarkable stay, our room was extremely clean and the front desk made sure that we had everything we needed. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone who plans to stay away from home or traveling to our area.

I have stayed at this hotel for a good few months now as I have been in between homes, and this has been the greatest place that I could even hope for as the staff has been super accommodating and helpful. Very kind people all the way from the General Manager to the super kind staff, Jason specifically has always remembered my name, making sure I’m all good during my stay. Would 100% recommend this hotel and I am lucky to have found a place like this during my hard times.

Wendy is absolutely amazing! I originally had a reservation at the other location in the same town but they "lost" it and didn't have any availability. I called the other location and spoke with Wendy. She got me in a room at her location. I'm so happy that I ended up at her location because she's extremely friendly, knowledgeable and cares about her "guests." She's an asset to the company.

Positive: The location Negative: The front desk staff I believe was new and shouldn't have been left by herself. We first were put into a dirty room and we could only get one room key because the machine wasnt working I paid ahead of time for my room and they tried to charge me again.
