Extended Stay America Suites- Pittsburgh - Carnegie

No regard for people staying here for extended lengths of time. Our daughter had to wait for her apartment to be ready for a month decided to stay here. She is not local, she attends UPitt and was waiting on an apartment. During her 1 month stay at this location, the hotel had no hot water for 6 days. They did not offer any refund. When asked about it, they simply stated, " you had a choice to leave or stay and since you stayed there is no refund". What? Are you serious? Horrible customer service. NO, she did not have a choice. And the hotel never communicated that this was even a choice. If people left, would they honor the early check out or still charge? Their communication was horrible. Have spent several months at this pet friendly hotel and have found it to be extremely accommodating. Also want to especially thank Chantelle and Michelle for helping me upgrade my room along with maintenance being so prompt to replace a shower hose.

Stayed here for two nights. The staff was wonderful room and was very clean. They also Let me have extra linens as long as I returned my other ones!! Really enjoyed my stay. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

I’ve stayed at this location more than once and this time it was horrible. Housekeeping be all over the place besides cleaning up the rooms. I wish I would have taken pictures. My room was supposedly cleaned right before I got there. The only thing was done was sheets put on, towels put in and garbage bag in the trash. The floor had not been swept or mopped, the shower was nasty, back of bathroom door was nasty. Overall room was nasty. Granted I clean my room wherever I go but this room required a deep cleaning. Worst part my tv didn’t work and I was told there were not anymore. The next day they offered to move me or a discount, so I’m there for work and wanted the discount instead. My reservation was made through the reservation line and I was told the first week would be higher and the

Positive: Price Negative: No kitchenware, like zero. Despite a thing in room saying it's available at front desk, they didn't even have silverware. Stove was disgusting. I left kitchen cleaner than I found it. Gross.
