Extended Stay America Suites- Long Island - Bethpage

I love this place. The staff is nice to me & most places we all know the type of attitude you get. Even the people staying are always nice to me here. I haven’t had any problems. This hotel is basically for long term staying.. and basically Govt let old age people staying into this hotel… night time you can smell **** outside , people smoking but i guess it is normal in NyC already ..i am attaching some photos of outside hotel view..

Disgusting. The burners barely boil water. The team at ESA here said they never seen them spit this black crap everywhere that is impossible to clean up.No working fans. missing screens. Corporate should do a full investigation of this place. There is a thick black smoke that fills the room from the faulty burners. they replaced with new ones and they were coated with some black stuff that filled the room with smoke as well. Disgusting

I was initially fooled by the Rod Stewart advertisement on the flat screen TV upon walking into the "lobby", which consisted of a wall and a front desk, that this location would be at least somewhat nice. The rooms are old and run down, I wouldn't be surprised if they let Section 8 live here, and the bed was as HARD as a ROCK. One of the staff members told me a story about how he attempted to convince another guest that the hotel is safe, despite the murder here a few months ago. My stay was booked at the wrong end of an upcoming remodel. The various smells I saw another reviewer mention was confirmed throughout the visit, including the smell of someone's perfume on my pillow which I noticed in the middle of the night.
