Extended Stay America Suites- Foxboro - Norton

Positive: Nothing… Gross! Negative: The staff in the front were complaining that housekeeping was eating lunch and rooms were guests hadn’t checked out yet. Ours was not cleaned… It smelled like weed/crack. Since the room I booked was dirty, they gave us 2 separate rooms.

The staff The Foxboro Norton extended say were such a delight! I didn’t get to meet the daytime staff, but did connect with them over the phone which delivered the same standard of customer service that they did in person!! Cody and Vinny have exceptional customer service skills. The interaction is extremely personable. They work really well together towards the common goal of making sure the guest is taken care of and accommodated for. I was going through something extremely stressful within my personal life. Thanks to the help of these two gentlemen, along with the rest of their staff, I was able to get checked in with ease. Completely stress-free. I could not recommend this location enough!! Anyone in the area looking to stay at an affordable 5 star experience hotel needs to stay her

I absolutely love this place!!! The staff here is amazing and made my stay perfect in every way!!!! I definitely recommend if you in need a a great hotel experience come here!!!!

It's a cheap price and you get what you paid for. The room was clean and the staff was really helpful and friendly. I have one major complaint with this motel and it's the amount of cigarette butts and trash all over the front of the building. The main entrance. It was gross to be honest with you. Extended stay you need to overhaul the grounds and get it looking respectable. Put some cheap mulch because it's winter and it will look 100 times better

I can’t say enough about Vinny Risso here. I checked in in a day where a lot of things were going wrong. He really saved the day. I don’t need that but when I got there, he was done with his shift, however (Danny!) was there and he equally was just as helpful and thorough. I did say a second night with my schedule the room I had was fine until the neighboring room had a really loud dog in which they move me not only ahead of check in time but to a corner room and we’re extremely accommodating. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels Over the past 20 Years of personal and work related domestically, regionally and across the world Although this is not the Ritz Carlton or The Four Seasons, the service, Attention to detail, And anticipation of their guests’ needs surpasses more than anything I’ve re
