staff here is great always accommodating, rooms are clean. Fridge, TV, microwave, stove top and bed are all good. Only thing is keep eyes open some shady looking characters always lurking about out front but I've had no issue. no deposit was required but they require a credit card on file at check in. all and all was good i would stay here again. only complaint is the noise from the highway if you an I'd try and get a room on opposite side of hotel bcuz it's seriously loud with the constant traffic on highway

Hotel 3rd floor smelt like an ashtray. I didn’t think this was something I’d have to worry about ever but I was seriously disappointed in the accommodations at this location. My husband and I came from out of town for a wedding for one night. I booked (non refundable rate) this location because it was close to the venue and had decent reviews. The office staff were very nice and courteous. They informed us that this was a non-smoking hotel and that there would be a $250 Charge if we smoked in the room. I found this puzzling but didn’t question it because it was a hotel, typically you can’t smoke in them but given that it is an extended stay maybe they have to make that distinction. This establishment is more of a homeless shelter than a hotel. The residence would prop open exterior doors, making us feel unsafe. The property is non-smoking and we could smell weed everywhere. People were fighting and stomping around all hours of the night when we spoke to the people at the front desk. Nothing was done. We were in this area because my fiancé had surgery nearby, but we will never stay here again. The room was basically clean, but there was mold in the bathroom around the faucet in the tub. the staff was friendly when we checked in.

Thank you so much to Quartey, Jessica, Kofi, and AK for providing phenomenal customer service and making our stay truly enjoyable. My daughter, her service animal, and I stayed for a little over four weeks while visiting from out of state to care for my mother. Not only was our stay comfortable, but the staff went above and beyond to be friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our entire visit. Thank you all again — we truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism. We’ll definitely return.
