Positive: Nothing Negative: Location sucks. No lobby. Drive through parking lot and everybody sitting outside hanging out. Walked to desk waited no service. Two employees at desk never talk to me. Got the hell out of there. Didn't make to my. We left. Not family oriented at all.

This is roach city if it’s one it’s a thousand and I had to get rid of at least twenty, ask to move the front desk lady from Birmingham which is my hometown said they were tired 🤔 so I had to ask again the white lady accommodated me the same night. greatly appreciated but still roach infested I was there on behalf of driver solutions and I informed them of what was going on. they know it’s infested because it had white powder on the sides of the fridge they clam it was because of it being a driver solutions room but why were roaches in the next room they gave me. the elevator is out dated and hasn’t been inspected since 2023 🧐 that’s dangerous. the people that work there cool the overall hotel, don’t waist your money unless you don’t mind living with unexpected guests location weird to clo

The room was clean, soft towels, and quiet located at the end of a street. Brenda, the weekly front desk was very helpful a number of times. You can cook in the rooms is you want. 2 top burners and a microwave in the room. A refrigerator to store food. A nice sized tv and cupboards to place your items in.

This Hotel is currently using illegal business practices of applying a different rate to your room then your confirmed reservation. To date they have misbilled my account over $1.000.00 including erroneous late fees. Make sure you check your rate to the confirmed reservation and do not stay here if you can help it. Thieves and lazy employee that don't know how to count......And don't try reaching corporate staff they hide behind scenes. Ms Brenda is the absolute best hostess/manager I have encountered at all of the locations I have visited in the past three years. The rest of the staff here is phenomenal as well
