Extended Stay America Select Suites- Louisville - South

Since I’ve been staying here, Melanie Miller has been nothing but kind, genuinely helpful. It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about the comfort and experience of their guests, but Melanie really does. The whole team goes out of their way to make sure everything is handled quickly and they treats people with patience and understanding, even when I forgot my key card at 2am!! That level of customer service really makes a difference, especially during an extended stay. I’m very grateful for how welcoming and accommodating my stay has been. Extended Stay America is lucky to have Melanie leading the team!

Check in was great employee was very helpful. Got into the room it looked clean. The tv had no signal. The light only worked at the entrance. The over the bed light switch didn’t work. At 4:00 am I felt something I had roached on the bed, they was also in the kitchenette and bathroom killed several left them to where the cleaning staff could see them. I promptly left. I used the phone to call someone to check out waited 20 minutes no one came I left door key in front of the window.

I guess they have been bought out by another company it’s went to carp. They used to be nice to their customers now they treat you like you owe them money, straight up mafia style. We’ve sent our company employees down to a place just a couple of exits down and have heard nothing but good things right at gene Snyder and bardstown road. Don’t let your employees stay here especially if their in company trucks the guy was going to have one of out trucks towed because the employee hadn’t received the sticker for the registration on the plate, that’s actually paid in full some sorry buddy it comes to our office and their in Louisville Kentucky working. Don’t worry we’re next day airing it to the woodspring suites our guys are staying at now on Bardstown rd. Thanks for letting us know not to boo

Positive: Staff. Wasn't the most friendly person but looking around hotel, she fit in just fine. Negative: Too many strange characters hanging around hotel when I pulled in at midnight to check in. Outside phone call to gain access to inside hotel - had to call a few times as no one was answering

I booked a week at the Extended Stay Hotel. The room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately, on my second night I found a roach and reported it. The next day I found three more, and the room was never treated. I packed my belongings and left early. The manager did issue a refund, which I appreciate. This place would be great if not for the roach issue, but I can’t stay somewhere with an infestation.
