After the ceiling in my apartment unexpectedly collapsed, I had to find a place to stay on very short notice — and Extended Stay Avon truly came through for me during an incredibly stressful time. The staff was kind, patient, and genuinely compassionate, which meant everything when I was dealing with housing chaos and trying to keep my cat calm and safe. They were accommodating, understanding of my situation, and made the check-in and stay as smooth as possible. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and having a pet-friendly space was an absolute lifesaver. It felt like a safe landing spot when I really needed one. Celina work the front desk always goes above and beyond helping me and always stopping me when I have packages and mail at the front desk. She’s helped me countless times with anything that has come up spills, doors, keys, payments, WiFi, cleaning, watching my kids while I pulled my car up during a snow storm. She’s always down to earth, up beat, professional and kind! If you need anything while staying here I’d recommend asking Celina!

My girlfriend and I moved in in the middle of October with our 2 cats as a temporary stay until we could get on our feet after relocating from Toledo. The first thing I notice in our room is a big smeared roach on the wall. As I started cleaning I find a bunch of dead roaches. I'm thinking, okay at least these are dead, but I was confused why they gave us a room that wasn't clean, but then the front desk lady hands me cleaning supplies to clean a room that should've been cleaned before they booked us in it. I believe it was our second day there we lost power, but none of the other buildings lost power. Long story short. Every inch of my room is disgusting, sheets are stained. Lightswitches have the brown bedbug film. I saw roaches on my second night. Big and small. Every white pair of socks I had turned black. Dog diarrhea and shady people outside. I’ve spent 5 hours here in 5 days. All my stuff will sit in my truck bed and then get commercially washed. Disgusting place
