Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Providence - East Providence

My fiance and I had a great experience here. The staff is amazing. Very helpful and kind. Special shout out to Nelly for making our stay comfortable. Clean rooms, comfy bed, full kitchen. Good place to stay if you find yourself in town. Very affordable too.

The room set-up was nice but the room itself felt very dusty and stuffy. My husband and I stayed there for 10 days and were sick the entire time there. We weren't sick before and felt better after leaving. It wasn't a good experience at all. We saw mold on the walls in the shower and the floors weren't swept thoroughly. We probably won't be back.

I've been here at Extended stay America for sometime now. As I have stated before for the most part staff are respectful and helpful. Now there have been things that most people on here complained about on here. Those things have been consider and are being worked on and change for the best service possible given to our guest. Extended Stay America has a new staffing team read to get down to any issues in our hotel for the safety and comfort of the guest.

Upon entering the hotel, I smelled fresh laundry. This is a scent that makes me happy. The front desk receptionist was friendly and informative. When entering my room, it was clean and cozy. I enjoyed my room being near the laundry room. The only thing i was disappointed was the poor selection for the free to go breakfast. There was not much variety.

The night staff woman spoke to me with what sounded like a sarcastic or smart tone, I was confused by it. She did it when I called and asked for the WiFi and also when I called and asked if check out was successful after I left my keys. She had a weird tone and didn’t say goodbye, and just hung up. It was weird and felt rude. The breakfast is almost non existent. It is also loud and not the cleanest. Wouldn’t recommend if you can afford to go elsewhere.
