Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Miami - Downtown Brickell - Cruise Port

I've been staying here for two weeks and it's been fantastic. Onsite laundry make the longer stay way easier, location is so close to the heart of Brickell. Quite a pleasant walk in. Javier at the front desk was really accommodating at check in. Staff have all been friendly. Great value.

I had the pleasure of staying at this establishment for a long term work project. I was very happy. The hotel is spotless, the area is wonderful and safe with overnight security ensuring all vehicles are safe. Never once saw 1 incident in the 4 months I stayed there for the project. The staff is all wonderful, helpful, and smiling, but Angelica stands out with her genuinely family like feeling she provides to every guest who goes that front desk. Whenever I’m back in the area I know exactly where I’ll be staying again

This is definitely one of the premier ESA properties that I've ever stayed in!|We visited Miami for the very first time and didn't know how to get anywhere. The front desk clerk, Javier, took the time to explain directions and methods of transportation to us every single time we asked, and I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of the area and willingness to share.|Jose, the GM, was fantastic as well. Very kind and charismatic, he did everything to make our stay a memorable one.|I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anybody and would definitely stay there again myself, if back in Miami.

Positive: Location and Free Parking Negative: Room faced the freeway below, noisy traffic.

I would stay again. No hidden fees, the bedroom/bathroom was clean. There was some water leaking in the ceiling but did not bother. The are was very noisy bc of construction around
