⭐ 1 star I checked into this hotel on 2/16/26 around 6:00 PM, room 614, and immediately noticed that both the refrigerator and freezer were not working at all. This was very inconvenient, especially when you expect to store food or drinks in your room. I went down to the front desk to report the issue and asked if there was an ice machine I could use. I was told there was no ice machine and that I would have to purchase bags of ice instead. That response was extremely disappointing. If a hotel provides a refrigerator and freezer in the room and they don’t work, basic customer service would be to provide complimentary ice or offer some type of discount for the inconvenience. Neither was offered. This situation showed a lack of concern for guest comfort and poor customer service. I expec
At first, check-in was pleasant—everyone was nice. However, the first room and hallway smelled like trash. The front desk agent handled it well and moved us promptly. Unfortunately, things went downhill after that. On my third day, following surgery, I encountered a very rude front desk woman who ignored me when I greeted her and made me feel uncomfortable. Housekeeping never showed up for the scheduled cleaning, and when I asked about it, I was told to ‘just wait.’ I later tried to speak to a manager but was told no one was available. Be cautious—while some staff are kind, others show no care or professionalism.
Positive: Location, cheap Negative: It was clear the hotel is used for homeless people and that might make some travelers uncomfortable. I got the sense. I was the only person from out of state staying there that night.
Dirty rooms, hallways, lobby, bathrooms. Rooms are bare to bones only with bedsheets and towels. Not an extra pillow or blanket, no shower caps, no paper towel or soap in kitchen: NOTHING! Reception there was one kind lady and another one slow and in a bad morning mood. Bathroom tub is stained in black what looks like mold in several places. Breakfast is poor…room is a shame! And windows of it are stained with green mold. Carpets are dirty. Basic internet “included” but in my room is useless. If you want good internet you HAVE TO PAY FOR IT!
Terrible WiFi even when paying for the premium version. Room was very dusty and under the beds appeared to have never been swept or mopped. A/C did not blow cold. Hallway carpets were debris filled, filthy and the floor I stayed on reeked of marijuana on a continual basis. Windows on the exterior were covered in mold. Not worth the 2k I paid during my stay.
