Extended Stay America Premier Suites- Miami - Airport - Doral - 25th Street

We had such an amazing experience at this hotel. Marcelo and his team were absolutely fantastic, supporting us with everything we needed. The room was very clean, and they provided everything we needed for the kitchen. Everything was working well: we had hot water, and both the heating and the AC functioned perfectly. Unfortunately, the swimming pool wasn’t available during our stay, which was a bit of a pity because it would have made the experience 100% perfect. Even so, we definitely plan to return to this hotel brand in the future. Thank you so much for everything I 100% recommend this place!

It's an affordable place for a longer hotel stay. That being said, you get what you pay for. While the rooms were clean and offered kitchenettes, internet, and weekly cleaning services, there were a lot of issues that came up during the month we were here. For starters, the television/ cable and internet were CONSTANTLY cutting out (but I think that was more a function of the fact that they use the Dish satellite Network, still nonetheless frustrating), Aside from that, our air conditioner unit leaked the entire time, despite their attempts to clean and fix it... Not only that, but it emitted a funky, corn silk kind of smell. We used multiple room deodorizers and odor absorbers to try to counteract it, but to no avail. I forgot a pair of slippers in my room after checking out. I realized this the very next day and called the hotel to ask about them. I was very surprised by the response: I was told that housekeeping had already thrown them away, as if it were completely normal to discard guests’ belongings. I find this very unprofessional. Throwing away items that clearly do not belong to the hotel, especially so soon after checkout, shows a lack of care and responsibility. Most hotels have a lost-and-found procedure, and I expected at least that level of basic courtesy. This experience left me with a very negative impression regarding the hotel’s handling of guests’ personal property.

I had a great stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Miami - Airport - Doral! The room was clean, including the kitchen and bathroom, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit.||The only downside was that the pool was under repair during our stay, which was a bit of a letdown — but aside from that, everything else was smooth.||This hotel is a great, affordable option for a weekend getaway in Miami. I booked through Booking.com with no issues, and the process was quick and easy.||Our family had a relaxing weekend and would definitely consider staying here again for future trips!
