Express Inn & Suites

Rooms are attractive and well appointed. Check out is at 11am. Most hotels will start calling your room or knocking on the door at 11:05 if you haven’t checked out yet. This place starts knocking at 10:30, and they don’t warn you about this when you check in. It’s a rude surprise and not up to the standard of better hotels in the Summerville area.

The rooms r very clean looks newly remodeled. My husband and I stayed in the presidential suite with the jacuzzi with bath tub/shower in another room. The staff is very nice and respectful to us. The wifi works great. They have 40" flat screens in every room. The microwave works great. It has a variety of restaurants around its location. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Ok sobwe had one of the presidential suites . I thought oh this will be nice cone to find out it appears to be a suite from some third world country. The outside ice machine doesn't work which sucked as itvwas hot in july, and the drink machine had lots of just orange soda no diet anything . Staff parks under the canopy for check in and then in a marked handicap spot. There is no elevator so if you have knee problems like I do you'll regret it. The paint and up keep of place is poor it has peeling paint and just out dated look. In the room when we get in our room you could tell someone near by was smoking cannabis the smell permaitted the air. The local police patrol and say its a favorite place to get a deal and not on the room . And the noise all night from traffic in the parking lot wi

Paid for a room and curtains were torn up. The lights were both messed up and didn’t work. There were stains on bed and bed sheets. And a strong smell of Marijuana. When I contacted the lady at the office all she kept telling me was “no,no,and no”. So I had asked to lady in the office if me and another and a baby could be put in a different room and we were told “no”.
