Express Inn Durant Oklahoma

I travel the country for work, this is by far the worst room i have ever been in. They charged me $122.00 20 of that was for a pet cleaning few for my service dog. Which i cant even let be out of her cage do to the condition of this room. I had to door dash cock roach spray for starts i used 2 bottles. Cock roaches of all sizes all over the room. Climbing up walls all up in the bed frame and crawling around the bed. All over the tv, frig, it's a full infestation. I let the front desk know what i was dealing with. She seemed understanding bit yet nothing was offered or done about it. I would be sleeping in my car tonight over this except for the temps. Being to cold. I do not recommend staying here. Its bad. Stay away. Absolute last resort only. -The owner was yelling at the staff/family. -Place smells terribly. -Generally Rude people. -Room was icky. -Shower Drain didn't work. -.. -... Trust. Just avoid.

Most disgusting room I’ve ever stayed in! My husband woke up with huge welps on his back we checked the bed and seen live bed bugs. The room smelled like sewer. Extremely over priced.

Horrible property! There was a toilet full of B.M. in the toilet when we checked in. The room smelled like an outhouse. The front desk clerk that checked us in actually asked us if the B.M. was already there or if we left it! She literally checked us in 5 minutes prior! She was rude as hell and barely acknowledged the fact that the toilet was full of BM! We slept in our clothes on top of the bed because we were afraid to see beyond the top layer. The smell was awful and the A/C unit didn't work. If it hadn't have been almost 4am when we got back to the room we probably would have just slept in the car. Definitely NOT worth $80 a night! I am praying there wasn't any bedbugs. Take my advice and find somewhere else to stay.

Room is not as advertised.. we checked out the place to see if we were wrong about it .. just check out 6 minutes later and go somewhere else. The door didn’t even fully close while locked , there was brown stains on the walls probably cause someone got so scared and poo’ed themselves, The curtains stained yellow, and the pillow cases had stains. There was a homeless person camped out at the end of the hall with all his stuff. Placed SMELLED of cleaning product but did it no justice. Crazy.
