The staff member, Clare, truly exceeded my expectations! She radiated warmth and professionalism, making me feel immediately welcomed. Her exceptional hospitality skills are something I can't praise enough. The price for the one-night stay was incredibly reasonable, especially considering the breathtaking oceanfront location. The property was immaculately clean and well-cared-for, with our studio being a true highlight. It was spotless and meticulously maintained, featuring a fully functional air conditioning system that ensured our comfort throughout our stay. Everything was in perfect working order, allowing us to relax and enjoy. Additionally, the parking fee was a mere $20 per day, which felt like a steal given the convenience it provided. We have always stayed with family st this place and the rooms granted are old but we never had a bad experience until this last time the room had roaches everywhere, the room smelly smelly smelly the owner whom we met for the first time is just down right rude and insensitive, the price for what we got was ridiculous the margarita villa e is basically next door and the room cost a little more and so we left. Dear Expo start giving your place a new look remodel these rooms because pretty soon business will start suffering with all the renovation in the area you need to step it up a notch

What an awful experience. This was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve had as a guest in any hotel or motel I’ve ever been. The front desk lady waits for you outside to arrive. Then the “owner” is so rude and unaccommodating. The price is low because they can’t get anyone that wants to stay there. Management is terrible and I would avoid this place at all costs. I get it, it’s cheaper than other places around there. However the accommodations are what you get for being cheap. Spend a few more dollars to have a better experience.

Quaint motel steps from the sand. Clean, updated room (115) with a surprisingly comfortable Murphy bed. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was lovely. Would definitely book again!!

Drives me crazy when someone books an $89 boutique hotel 30 seconds from the beach and complains. This is a place to put your head. The room was clean and just fine for sleeping. The management was nice and accommodating. There was plenty of seating outside to have a drink before bed. It's a simple place with simple amenities. I'm giving 5 stars because it's not advertising more than it is.
