Executive Residency by Best Western Corpus Christi

My staff has stayed here for three years and always spoke highly of it, but this was my first time — and now I see why they love it. I absolutely fell in love with this hotel.||The staff treated us like family from the moment we arrived. The entire place is spotless, and all the room amenities — soaps, lotions, hairdryer, iron — were brand new and great quality. The walk-in shower was beautiful, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and even the pillows stayed supportive all night.||Two moments really stood out: I attended their Sunday church service, which was one of the best I’ve ever experienced, and while walking down the hallway I quoted, “No weapon formed against you…” and a housekeeper stepped out and finished it with, “shall prosper.” It was such a meaningful interaction.||This hot

Great rooms, clean and modern. The staff have been friendly and cheerful. The breakfast is fantastic and delicious. Nice kitchenette that unfortunately I won't be able to use it this trip, but maybe next time. Overall a great place to stay.

While the elevators are still fast and the coffee machine is great, the service has hit a new low. When I called to request a late checkout—a benefit I’ve earned through loyalty—the staff didn't even bother to check my status. Instead, I was immediately hit with a $25 fee. I had to insist they check my profile before they would waive it. Even then, the 'confirmation' I received was a dismissive 'uh-huh' rather than a professional response. We went down for breakfast this morning and there was no food on the warm pans, no varities of warm food and milk. The breakfast was horrible. We will be staying here until tomorrow and we are hoping that the workers and manager will do better serving better foods because this is unacceptable. Most of guest was actually frustrated early in the morning because of the breakfast that wasn't served right. Not enough wash rugs, towels and handsoap in our room and also the dishes are so dirty when we got here yesterday. The manager needs to do his job better and also talk to your workers properly to do there job the right way for all the guest that stays here. We have been staying in this hotel everytime we come down here in Corpus Christi but this last stay is the worst. This will be our last
