EXECUTIVE Inn & Suites

I I am an I am a disabled veteran And was inquiring about some information regarding not only his hotel, but the gas station attached. When I walked into his office to ask a question about the gas station next-door and he told me he was going to call the cops on me. I also work next-door and he told my boss I was harassing him. I’m assuming the owner. This is how he treats 90% disabled veterans.

When I went to my hotel room - I opened the door and saw the bed was not made and I am not entireley sure there was not someone staying in that room (all the lights were on). I went to the desk and told the clerk the room was not clean. She brought a new key and attempted to open the room next to my original room. It too was occupied- and there were people in that room. So, once again she went and keyed another card - and took me to a room that was not occupied - thankfully (Room 115). But, it was supposed to have been a non-smoking room - but a former occupant had smoked in there. |The room: on initial inspection it seemed OK. This was the worst experience we got another room and it was the same towels where all brown water was brown.If you don’t believe stay there and let me know how you like living

Staff amazing went above and beyond to fix a minor issue with tv rooms very clean area quiet and can not say enough staff is amazing.. we will definitely stay here our next trip this way!!

Firstly I wanna thanks the owner of the hotel I got stuck here due to flood and owner helped me a lot he gave me hotel room on discounted price also gave me food and he take cares of each and every customer of his hotel as like his own family members. Rooms are big and clean. You get all amenities that you needed in a room. Overall great experience I would highly recommend this hotel.
