Executive INN & suites, Extended Stay Hotel in vernal.

The staff and front desk people were great. The rooms (we moved after the first day due to A/C breakdown) needed some repairs. Towel bar fell off the wall, sink stopped up, know missing on range.||Pool was closed and that was disappointing. good parking. good location but not much food choices in that area. Internet worked. Beds were good. Nice to have the refrigerator.

This hotel was being remodeled. Manger/ owner needs help. The pool was not working, full of dirty water and gross. No ice machine, washer and dryer were out of order. Work out equipment didn't work. We were there for almost a week. It was frustrating. It was conveniently located for our purposes.

Called to hold 3 rooms on credit card told him we would all pay for our rooms separately on arrival. Get to hotel he had charged all 3 rooms to one credit card, no check in process he just handed us the key card. There was at least 4 rooms I know of that a wall light wouldn't go off. He came to the room and told us to just flip the breaker and it would go off. The problem with that was the whole room would lose electricity nothing would work. No heat,tv or wall plugs NOTHING. We would have to sleep with the light on and he could possibly cover it with something that might help dim the light. Paid $192.56 for the night light.To me this is something they should have mentioned at check in.

This was the strangest hotel experience I have ever had. The hotel was clean enough and the staff was friendly However, there was a floodlight in the room that was unable to be shut off unless you opened the fuse box and shut off every outlet in the room- which included the lamps, the TV, everything. This was the instructions we got from the front desk. The shower also has the most aggressive water pressure I've ever had. It was like being attacked. And the plug was broken.

Place needs a lot of work as stated in year old posts so obviously no real renovations are happening. Pool still closed, breakfast looked old and gross. Poured waffle mix into a cup and it did not look like waffle mix but some tri colored chunky grossness that was probably sitting there for weeks. They had a locked door propped open all night, for what, who knows but they locked it back up at sunrise so definitely weird. Only reason we stayed here is because we had dogs but I would not stay here again and would choose my car over this spot.
