Television doesn't work, I asked for more coffee I had the room for 4 days and they told me no. I accidently left my tote there and it took an act of congress to get it. I highly recommend going somewhere else

Beds are very firm, thin blankets (no comforter), and you get 4 standard size extremely firm pillows. Not the best nights sleep or anything to write home about. Desk and office chair satisfactory to do business for short period of time (ergonomics somewhat lacking). Fully equipped with mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker (note:coffee is off brand and bitter). Ample lighting throughout room. Breakfast is standard continental fare. Now to the bathroom: moldy crevasses (gross! They need to Use bleach or regrout the tub lines) & thinner than facial tissue toilet paper. Had no problems with noise, other guests, or the heat/air. I gave it 2 stars for uncomfortable bedding & bathroom cleanliness, and no housekeeping to remove/replenish towels/make bed (had to go to office to request addition

Only place with a room close to where we needed to be. But there was hair in the shower and a dirty napkin on the nightstand. It was almost 2am so we did not complain. Service at the desk was great. And we got up early. Cleanliness was an issue. So hopefully the manager sees this and corrects those issues.

The room was nice, and the location was ok, but there was a solid sheet of ice going up the stairs, on every step! I asked the guy (believed to be the owner/manager) who was cleaning snow/ice from around the office to help with it, and he said he didn't have anything to do it. Thankfully none of my family was hurt on the ice b/c we were careful, but it was very irresponsible of the hotel to endanger guests. Other than that, we had a good experience, but I probably won't be going back there. (Lady at front desk was pleasant)

My room smelled of cigarettes, the place has roaches, the toilet was messing up as soon as we arrived, they tell you to use a Roku app for a remote and couldn’t even get that to work. Our neighbors were loud in all hours of the night. Definitely do not recommend staying here. You’d be better off sleeping in a tent.
