Executive Inn Ridgeway I-77

Honestly, either keep driving or sleep in the car. They had a million excuses as to why the room I booked was no longer available. After about 20 minutes they gave me "the last room" available. He said "lucky you", but this was not the case. This room was disgusting, no pillows, no TV, couldn't take a shower. There was dirt in the tub, no hot water and it looked like it was in the middle of a remodel by a 10 year old. There was paint and paint dust on everything, and burns on the furniture in a non-smoking room. Found some nasty, what seemed to be old gummy candy in the covers. Fridge had some unknown liquid pooled at the bottom. It's on me for staying the night, but at 1am in the morning and all you want is sleep, it would have to do. (.5/5)

If I were given a choice of 0 rating I would choose it. There were two motels just off the freeway. One left, one right. We went right. I had never heard of the motel but it looked decent from the outside, most do...the attendant/owner was pleasant enough BUT this business of charging cash, $20 for a dog is insane. We wouldn't let our dog eat off the floor it was so filthy, neither did we take our shoes off until we got in bed. The TV didnt work, they advertised continental breakfast and a pool, a sign inside said neither were available. The walls were dirty, there were cobwebs on the lights and all the light fixtures and bathroom fixtures were rusted and dirty as was the telephone. Never ever stay at Executive Inn Ridgeway Executive Inn By OYO Ridgeway I-77!! I made reservations for my family to stay there a few weeks ago through their website. When they arrived there were shingles off of the roof and the lobby was disgusting!! They didn’t even make it to a room. They requested a refund and were told it was purchased through Expedia. We booked the reservation through their website online which apparently went to a third-party website of Hotel Ones through Expedia. Hotel Ones alleges that they would not agree to the refund … REALLY?? SHOCKER!!!! So shame on you Expedia and Hotel Ones … you should want and expect to be representing a hotel that is at least taken care of and when you get a complaint like this you should investigate. NEVER EVER STAY HERE!! Stay in

Staying for 3 days while selling at The Big Grab in Ridgeway sc. Found 3 huge roaches, fridge had brown liquid floating at bottom and brown iced liquid in freezer. Was supposed to be handicapped, it wasn't. Was supposed to be smoke-free , it wasn't. Cigarette burns on almost all surfaces. TP holder was rusty where the roll goes. Table was sticky so took a damp cloth. Well, the cloth was dark brown when I was finished. It was gross. The decor was stained and very outdated. Just a god-awful place to stay. BUT, IT was the only show in town so we had to suck it up. This motel should be shut down VERY VERY unhealthy. 1/2 star.

Positive: Nothing. Negative: Extremely dirty - bathroom had someone's black hair, trash was left from previous guests, etc., no breakfast provided (stated free breakfast on the listing), next door guests had a fight very loud and the front desk ignored it. Worst stay in my life.
