We rented a room once we entered it smelled like cigarettes, both people on each side were drug addicts. Ask to switch rooms the room we got had a dead water roach and spider in tub, the bathroom door was filthy like it had been sitting outside and hung up, top of fridge was filthy as well and for $100 that's insane!

The woman that checked me in was so kind. The men that worked there were horrible! Because I declined their advances I was kicked out without deposit and threatened a beating with some evil form of a dish/yard water hose?!

HORRIBLE PLACE! Put a room on hold and then decided not to go ahead with it because reviews were DISGUSTING. They never gave us a booking ID and in order for us to "cancel" the room we needed the booking ID..WHICH.. we NEVER got. So therefore they charged us $300 for a room we never stayed in and couldn't cancel. NEVER BOOK HERE EVERRRRR!!!!!!!!!

Horrible, don't ever stay here. We didn't even book a room, never got a booking number or nothing and they have charged me 300 dollars and will not tell me why they charged my card. The workers are very incompetent and cannot process simple tasks at all. Never book here and never put anything on hold. We were not gonna stay here cause of the reviews. Tried to get our money back and have to wait for a manager because the front desk lady is to incompetent to even process a simple damn request. NEVER EVER STAY HERE, PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT AND THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING AND THE PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. They also tried to charge for my service animal that has papers and everything. If I could give 0 stars I would cause this place does not deserve anyone's business.

My first time staying at this location and I have never been so shocked. Going to pay for another night and ran across what was obviously the housekeeper and owner and observed his unprofessional behavior while I walked right by them. Who continues to berate their employee right in front of a guest? My room was clean and fresh smelling, while the bedding was very clean, I did notice small tears and stains. Some mold in the bathroom and bad mosquitoes. Disturbed to find out that someone died in the room next to me and that it was blown off and the room put back in rotation. I am a hotel reviewer and other than the price, I will not be recommending this location to my followers or business contacts. The things I observed were disturbing and unprofessional.
