The property looks new. Our room was clean and everything seemed to work. It was quiet enough to sleep well. But it made me feel like it was designed for only one guest -- a male -- even though we had two queen beds and our reservation was for two guests. They were chintzy on the towels. No extra towel if you need it to dry your hair. My biggest beef was the distance between the 2nd queen bed and the wall A/C unit. There was not even enough space to walk through there to get into bed! My size 9 sandal would not fit between it sideways! Who designed this room? The light fixture in the bathroom glows a weird color. Certainly not favorable for a female to apply makeup and look normal leaving her room. Hotel Lobby is being renovated, but not too bothersome. Clean, comfortable rooms. Kitchenette is very nice since there is not a breakfast offered. There is free coffee and convenience foods to purchase on site. Fitness facility was available. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Stayed in room 407 and the light comes through the window making it very hard to sleep. Pulling down the shade isn’t enough - it needs curtains to make it dark. We could hear so many noises from other rooms and areas making it really hard to sleep. Staff was nice and handled it when we made a complaint about a room that was loud. But there were still lots of noises that were very easy to hear and make it hard to sleep. Gentleman who checked us in was very nice and professional.

The room amenities are sub par. Towels are brand new and feel like sandpaper/concrete. The kitchen utensils they provide are the cheapest known to man. The kitchen suites are equipped with 2 of each eating utensils. For long stays you will find yourself going to Walmart to buy necessities. Management - add shampoo /conditioner and soap in the automatic dispensers added to the wall of the shower. Versus those tiny throw away bottles. The toilet paper is 1 ply sandpaper. washer/dryer in each room - great! The dishwasher is of no use when you have 2 spoons, plates and cups. That area should be a micro/oven combo or just oven, Not a full size dishwasher that is never used. The cable network does not work and is old school programming. I’ve stayed at this location more than once, most recent being for almost a full month. The manager takes care of any issues I’ve brought forward, some of the staff are very helpful. The hotel was very quiet and the location is good. I know this hotel is going through some growing pains with it being new. However, once of the main reasons this wouldn’t be my first pick again is the cleanliness. The housekeeping is subpar at best, my final week they didn’t even clean my room. I do not believe they actually clean the floors, as both times my room has had so much hair on the floor or dog food in the corner. You can see everything is cleaned at minimal standards. Being a long term type of hotel it would be nice to have a sponge and some dish soap at least. Water pressure for the shower is
