Evergreen Motel

Okay so. Me and my bro move into this motel. We were desperate to find a place to live because it was in the middlle of winter. Staff is nice. The owner ali decent man. He even drove me to chase bank to withdraw money couldn't do that because my account was blocked. It wasnt exactly great for the 1st week no working tv and no wifi. But we talk to him about getting a tv plan. After a week he installs both wifi and tv. So keep in mind that all you have to do is ask and he'll probably do it. And he works with u to live there overall i give this motel a 5 star because his nd himself are decent. Dont answer the door tho. Had a bad interaction their with a chick named sarah. Good luck ali

Been here since April the new owner has made leaps and bounds as far as improving the property goes and for the area you won't find a more peaceful place to stay quiet nobody bothers anyone looking forward to seeing what he does as time goes on

Room is ok main issue has been trying to reach management to pay I've been trying to pay since 3 pm yesterday tried the office multiple times and had my boss swing me by this morning at 9 am to try again to pay no answer at the office this morning either and now the phone number is shut off or out of service...... I'll try again when I get off later today.... This is the only way of reaching out to management

Beware of BED BUGS!!! ZERO STARS! Full of BED BUGS! Don't waste your time or money! I'd rather sleep anywhere other than this dump, absolutely worst place to be. When I told them an hour after I checked in that I have been bitten countless times by bedbugs, they said they'll take a look and came back and said no we don't and basically kicked me out without refund or anything. Even the damn police didn't care! It was damn Michigan winter night at it's worst! Just when I didn't think it could get worse, I get bitten by a million bedbugs, and ROBBED of $45! I Paid $45 to get bit by BEDBUGS for 1 Hour!! Bed bugs!

There was what looked like a broken crack pipe on the floor.. I'm not expecting much outta 50 dollar motel on Michigan Ave but goddam that was messed up. Needless to say I pretended I never saw it and didn't lay on the bed much. But once again I was not expecting much just a little more than what I got.
