DO NOT STAY HERE. If I could give this place zero stars I would. They canceled on me 12 minutes before I was supposed to check in and couldn’t tell me why they canceled on me. I tried calling them multiple times and nobody would ever answer. I called during there “office hours” and still no response. As we all know trying to get a place in Leavenworth is already hard and being canceled on the day that I was supposed to be there 12 minutes before check in is actually ridiculous. It also makes it chaotic when I had family coming from out of town. Wasn’t able to stay in Leavenworth and had to go to the Marriott in Wenatchee. #disappointed

Cancelled our reservation after check in time while driving to Leavenworth. Which wasn’t the issue, everything after was. Communication, false information, failure to issue a refund (had to contact Airbnb) even though I was told the refund would arrive in a few days. They never issued one. Being provided alternatives that were not actually available, not answering to phone calls or messages. It felt like a scam. Get things happen, it’s how they responded to the situation and made it extremely difficult to get a refund.

Honestly pretty great little place for the off-season weekend price (about $100 before tax). Free parking, comfy bed and pillows, looks recently updated & rooms pretty clean. Right off the main strip, just a few minute walk to the downtown area. It is a self contained room with a key pad/PIN code that does not work until check in (4pm), therefore no “front desk person” exists here. Biggest qualm is the 10am checkout, I would highly suggest extending checkout time until at least 11am.

The room was comfortable enough and updated, though small. Like another review, I found it deceptive that the website boasts “no hidden fees like other paces charge”, but when it’s time to book on like, there is an added $30 cleaning fee and tax of course. A $79 room actually cost $117. | The biggest complaint was lack of communication and misinformation. I called the 1-509 number the day before my arrival , and was told that I would receive an email by 6 AM on the day of my arrival telling me the code to unlock the door ( check-in starting at 4 PM). |And the website and voice mails state that there is an office open until 4 pm Monday - Friday. |I arrived in Leavenworth about 11 AM and There was never any email. I wish I was more careful in reading the fine print as I would not have booked this motel due to the extra $30 cleaning fee and the late check in and early check out. Plus, I woke up with several bites on my hands. we found many many small brown stains on my bedsheets that we didn’t notice the night before. These stains were not fresh. These signs point to the type of bug bites I received. The room smelled strongly of Dollar store frebreeze and appeared clean. Coffee in room and walkable location. The extra fees and now the anxiety and laundromat visit is a major downer.
