Oh where to begin... When we first checked in, the cards wouldn't work, it happens. I go back to the desk, get them fixed. Finally get into the room, it's filthy. Towels in the tub, etc. Along comes the sweet desk clerk filling in, expressing apologies that it was a mistake, this room hasn't been cleaned (before I made it back to the desk a 2nd time) I think, "okay, mistakes happen, no big deal" She puts us in a new room with an adjoining (occupied) room separated by only a door... Mind you, the whole complex is damn near empty... And I'm stuck hearing Italian TV at midnight 😐 okay... Fine. At least there aren't dirty towels in the tub. I did not stay at this property, but my experience with their customer service alone is enough to ensure I never will. I accidentally called the Evergreen Inn while looking for a different hotel. The call took place at approximately 10:25am on December 26, 2025. Whoever answered the phone was extremely unprofessional. When I politely asked about availability, I was told there were rooms available. I then said I would need to call back. The response I received was rude and condescending, along the lines of, “Oh, you think you can find better than $67 a night?” The tone was sarcastic and inappropriate for a business speaking to a potential customer—especially during a simple, brief phone inquiry. We stayed at this hotel last week after visiting Branson.There is no breakfast, no operational pool, furniture is outdated and no curtains to keep the light from entering the room at night or early in the morning just a blind making it hard for you to sleep .You may hear people coming and leaving in the parking lot, especially if your bedroom faces it and is near the entrance. You can also hear cars on the busy street in front of the hotel. The rooms are extremely close to the parking lot, and the parking space is a little tight.At some times of the day, the door to the lobby is locked, and you have to call the staff member.Go somewhere better; it's not worth the cost and your time.

Absolutely easliy the WORST PLACE IVE EVER STAYED, filthy room, dried pee on toilet, stained dirty towels and rag, bug in windowsill, ac units leaking, asked for a roll of toilet paper and wouldn’t give us any until we came back to ask a second time, extremely unkind guy must have got him on a bad day because he wasn’t is a good mood, the chairs from patio tables missing, dirty pillows, rusty barley working fixtures in shower, door had a large crack so even with it shut and locked I can see outside my room. No pool, no breakfast. Sketchy people hanging around, absolutely do not come here!!!!!!

Chris at the front desk is wonderful. Rooms are clean, motel has been updated a bit since it was rebranded. We heard the owner plans to do renovations over the winter. Location is fantastic, close to attractions but not as noisy as some other locations. Parking lot is a little tight in the front but there's plenty of somewhat level parking in the back. One of the cheaper options in Branson but much better than others that have similar rates.
