Evergreen Estates

I have lived here since 2015. The park has off road parking and nice sized lots. It is very quiet and is well maintained. Management gets right on any concerns or problems you might have and they abide by the park rules and some don't like that. They have rent to own homes in here with a convenient down payment. Each home has a water meter and you pay for your monthly usage. That is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. I like living here.

Since Scott & Holly have taken over the park, things have been great! They actually care for the community and how it looks. They spend a lot of time making the community a nice place to live in and upkeep everything. They are great people, with good intentions. The only park I’d actually want to live in!

Nice community. The park managers are great people. Very affordable, quiet park. They are making improvements every day. Been here 9 months and don't plan on leaving. Pay your rent, keep your yard clean, follow the basic rules, you will never have trouble. Take pride in your place and you will be getting compliments from the managers.

My girls and I have been here for almost 1yr and it has been a true blessing to us coming from a bad situation in Indiana. Holly welcomed us with open arms. We love it here its well kept and the Manger is always going out of her way to keep it that way. Thank you so much for letting us be a part of the community!!!

Safe place to live. Not too many problems. Issues are usually taken up and corrected pretty quickly. The park manager does a lot for the kids and I think that's just awesome.
