Eustis Ridge Lodge

My name is Janis Arsenault. My Famous Father Eddie Arsenault was born in Maine and acclaimed Hall of Fame in Sports. I have known this place since the introduction of James DeRosby, Unfortunately l have not had the opportunity to stay at Black Arrow Lodge. But l am looking forward to it. Because my French family own many places l choose to be. I personally know the owner. He is one of the most honest man l know. Sincerely, Janis R. We came in the winter season for some snowboarding at sugarloaf, about a 15mins drive. The area has 2 gas stations nearby and a few supermarkets for easy necessities. Goods: Beautiful wooded area and close to sugarloaf. Lots of parking space in back. Clean. Got a chance to see dears upclose- nature at its best. Bad: Airbnb charge a high cleaning fee, even after the owner required us to clean up, vacuum the property, throw out the trash and basically left it as clean as it started. Doors and walls are paper thin. Beds springs squeak loud. Ppl who are light sleepers will be restless. No laundry facilities. No dishwasher. Inconsistent hot water. Literally runs hot for a 30 seconds then back to cold. Extremely frustrating. We spoke to the owner about the hot water, but never showed up as pro
