This hotel turned an already stressful Christmas travel delay into an absolute nightmare. I called early in the evening to let them know my arrival would be late because of holiday travel issues, and I was still told that if I arrived after 2 a.m., they would cancel my entire reservation.||That is exactly what happened: even though I showed up, they canceled my whole stay, kept all the money for the nights I originally booked, and then forced me to pay for the entire stay all over again just to have a room. No partial refund, no credit, no help—just “that’s our policy.”||The lack of humanity was shocking. This was Christmas, flights were delayed everywhere, and I did everything right by calling ahead to inform them, but they still refused to make even the smallest exception. There was zero

This hotel was a fantastic find. The rooms are big, spotless, and very comfortable—exactly what you need after a long drive. The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming from the moment I arrived. ​A huge plus for me was the filtered water station; it is a game-changer for staying hydrated without having to buy plastic bottles constantly. The location is excellent, conveniently close to Miami Airport and right next to the Mall of the Americas, so there are plenty of shopping options nearby. A solid, high-quality choice if you need a place in Miami. Love in, love out.

We stopped here for the day due to a late flight. This was selected for a day at the pool after a cruise which docked at 8.30am. We took a room until 6pm to lounge and get that bit more of sun before we took off in the evening. The room was very old feeling and worn with a funny smell but the linen was clean and fresh smelling. The bathroom had hairs or others and bit on the floor so wasn't that clean. Pool area was nice but limited with sun due to the huge trees - I think they need to update some photos. Generally it was ok - nothing bad overall but represents the rating of the hotel.

I needed a room because my flight was canceled. It had been an extremely long and exhausting day. All I wanted was a clean bed and a hot shower. Unfortunately there was no hot water, something I was not advised of when I checked in. When I realized there was no hot water I immediately called the front desk The young man at the front desk was very apologetic. He said the repairs would not be complete for at until the next day. He offered to comp the room. I'm not a complete asshole so I told him I would be OK with a 50% discount. Let's see if they honor that on check out. The room was otherwise clean and the bed comfortable. Airport noise was expected. The attached restaurant had decent food and a friendly staff, but on a Sunday morning there was no place within walking distance to get
