When they say there’s no place like home, this place is no exception. You are welcomed from the second you step foot in the door, greeted with a warm smile, and wonderful hospitality. The staff is so friendly and professional. Sending a special shout-out to Andrea, who makes your stay as comfortable as visiting with an old friend. She leaves you feeling so glad you came to stay, along with a plethora of joy, and hopes you have a great day/evening with each interaction. The rooms are a fun, creative, and unique atmosphere of decor and sunlight radiates from every corner of the room. The mattress feels like a dream and the pillows are so soft it’s like you are sleeping on a cloud. Come on down to visit. You will have a wonderful time.

This hotel is in an excellent location, it is on a major route to just about everything yet it is easy in and easy out. The lobby is clean, fresh and welcoming. I booked the executive boutique king room which was also welcoming. It was clean and spacious with views from windows on 2 sides. We ran into an issue with the room key which was promptly remedied by the hotel manager. Juan was responsive and apologized for the inconvenience but more importantly I felt he was genuinely sincere. Both Juan and Maria at the front desk gave excellent customer service during my stay. I would recommend it and I will stay again.

Some hotels are good. This one is almost irritatingly good. The décor has a personality of its own — stylish, distinctive, and confidently different. What truly elevates the experience is the staff. Warm, efficient, and genuinely attentive. Special mention to Andrea at the front desk, whose grace and professionalism set the tone from the very first minute.
