Emmaus RV Park

The best RV park we've ever been to. Rules are relaxed but the necessary ones are in place. It looks beautiful. Price is ok. Grass is kept up with. Everyone in the office is cool. Concrete for our camper is great. Internet connection for phones etc is bad though. We don't get service with T-Mobile or Verizon.

During my search for a campground that accepted long-term reservations, I kept seeing Emmaus pop up, particularly because of the great reviews. After an email to the property manager, Deb responded within a few hours saying she would definitely have space for me. I stopped by on my way home from Mobile and I really liked what I saw. Even though I didn't have my rig with me this time, I brought it down that same weekend and spent the night. The campground is quiet, well maintained, and conveniently located to any attractions/amenities you might desire. Everyone I met was great, and Deb provided some fantastic conversation. The pads are well maintained and most have full hookup. I have a 27' Coachmen Freelander Class C and had no difficulty getting into or out of my spot.||||||If you are loo

My self and my wife were looking for a long term park. We called the park and spoke with Deb. We explained we we looking for long term and preferred a non drama park. This is a 55 and up park she said and understood about the drama as she worked at Johnnie's rv Park in foly. We picked our lot next door to an sweet elderly couple , as they had a beautifully decorated and landscaped lot they did themselves obviously taking care of it.our lot was covered in dead oakleaves that killed the grass obviously not taken care of by the park. No problem , I cleaned up all the leaves , brought a pallot of sod and seeded the rest. Afterwards I was watering it all , the manager Deb stopped by in her cart and got out and began ranting about her water bill and not to water , not saying anything about it lo

Emmaus RV park is beautiful and a quiet, spacious campground. Deb and her staff are a true pleasure to interact with. I’ve been returning to this park for several years and have never had a single bad experience. If you follow the campgrounds posted policies, then Deb and her staff have no reason to do anything except make sure you enjoy your stay. I highly recommend checking it out for yourselves! I love it.

We love staying here. The staff are friendly and helpful. Debbie, the manager and the host and hostess, Nancy and Howard, are great. Looking forward to returning next winter. It is clean, pet friendly, and shady. A nice country setting with full hookups, concrete pads and road. Wonderful gazebo with a large grill, fire pit and seating for campers to use, plus shower house and club house.
