We are quite satisfied with Emerald Homes. Crystal, Lauren, and Lindsey were especially helpful. They were prompt in addressing our needs whenever a concern surfaced. Mandy and I are very happy with our new home! Thank you so much!

On a desperate whim, I contacted them asking to be contacted about a consignment home. Jason was the person who initially reached out about it. After we got to talking, he explained that we need to get pre-approved before we fall in love with anything. So my husband and I filled out the paper and were approved very quickly. After that it was full speed ahead. We ended up with a brand new home that we love, within the budget we wanted. The prices on homes are very fair in our area, the customer service was beyond excellent and if I needed a home in the future, I would go back for sure. Lauren then took over on the paperwork side of things and she was also absolutely amazing. Don’t be fooled by fake reviews and pictures taken from the lot. Buy your house from anywhere else to avoid the absolute disaster of an experience working with Emerald will be.

We bought a beautiful home from them that was about all that was good about it. We was told so many different things the whole time. We traded in the home we was in and was told we needed to be out in a week then nothing was done for a week. Was told different time frames every week. When they removed the old house the left trash everywhere busted up my concrete and removed my and my neighbors mailbox and never buy them back. Was told they was going to pick up all the trash in the yard and now that it’s all done they say it’s not their responsibility.
