Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami International Airport

We stayed here for two nights after landing in Miami before heading down to the Keys, then returned for one more night before our early morning flight home. The room itself was great — super comfy beds, a small balcony, and even the pullout sofa was surprisingly comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family. Since it’s an airport hotel, it was loud and very busy, but that was expected and didn’t surprise us. The complimentary happy hour food was less than desirable and almost not worth the time (chips and salsa, veggies and ranch), but the free drinks were great and the bartender serving them was fantastic. Review for Embassy Suites by Hilton Miami International Airport This hotel truly goes beyond a 5-star experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and the beds were extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of travel. The food was excellent throughout the stay. The breakfast was especially impressive with a wide selection and everything fresh and well prepared it was a great way to start the day. The evening happy hour was also fantastic and added a really nice touch to the overall experience. What really stood out was how well the staff handled our entire group for the Lombardi group. They were organized, attentive, and made sure everyone was taken care of. Managing a group can be challenging, but they handled it seamlessly. Everything about the stay

We met with the guest ambassador Pierre, who did a wonderful job and helping us with our next travel plans. The guest manager at the front desk Jess was wonderful helped us tremendously. Yemen and Christopher also tremendous help. Extend my check out late and helped. I also really appreciated the people in the kitchen. The woman who helped us manage all of the breakfast in the morning the ladies and gentlemen who were on the staff out of the pool, who were up on the floors who took care of our rooms. Everybody was fantastic wonderful hotel. I’d recommend it to anybody.

Positive: Normally we stay at Hampton Inn’s. This was the first time we stayed at Embassy. The room was exceptional. It felt like a suite. We like the free breakfast in the morning. We weren’t aware that there was Reception time. Complimentary drinks & snacks. Negative: ""

Hotel itself is spacious and nice. Location is not close to many eateries or good restaurants. Breakfast spread is quite good. But this hotel is very sneaky. They charged us for water bottles (2 bottles in a room) which we did NOT USE. And…they charged us more than a week AFTER we left. SNEAKY. We get CC alerts on our charges so we were reversed these charges after calling the hotel. But for the many who do not get CC alerts on their phone… it goes unnoticed and hotel makes extra money. SO shady.
