Embassy Suites by Hilton Berkeley Heights

Had the privilege of staying here for a brief business trip this week. The room was very nice and cleaned and seemed refreshed. Bed, pillow and linens all acceptable quality and very good hvac systems (I like a cold room). The room was also very quiet and I don’t believe I heard any outside noise. Front desk staff, while limited interaction, was friendly and the breakfast was very good with a good variety of food. Would recommend.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Embassy Suites this past Thanksgiving weekend and I had a horrible experience. The hotel looks nice in the lobby but the rooms are unsanitary. The sofa in the little living room had dirty stains on the seat cushions and the pillows had some sort of white stains on them as well. The worst part of this stay was being bit by bedbugs and waking up to one on my pillow!!! I sent an email to the so called front desk manager, Sara Kim, including pictures and she has yet to respond to me. I informed the front desk upon my departure, sent Sara Kim an email, and called the hotel to speak to her 4 times and she was never available. I finally called corporate to have this matter escalated and also sent them an email with pictures. I was told that "pest matters"

Positive: Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and welcoming Negative: I’ve stayed here before but this time my room seemed a little smaller and tight. It may have been the layout. The bathroom also wasn’t as clean as I would have liked.

We recently enjoyed a one-night stay at this hotel, and it immediately stood out as the top-tier choice among the many 3-star accommodations we've experienced. Highlights included a truly great breakfast, modern and spotlessly clean rooms, and reliably hot water. As an added bonus, they offer free EV charging. Although the Tesla charger was temporarily out of order, the ChargePoint station worked perfectly. We will absolutely be staying here again on future visits.

An amazing hotel in Berkeley Heights. The team is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Spectacular breakfast and fantastic food options at Grain and Cane. Newly renovated with convenient, accessible parking. My family and I had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. We will definitely be back soon. Love the team, love the service, love everything.
