Elm St Cabin is a gem! Despite its compact size, it is beautiful, calming and user friendly. Everything is top quality, artful and efficient. The cabin is set in a lovely, private garden and just outside the gate is a quiet, small town with everything you need. We had excellent meals just a few steps away at the gourmet Nomad Kitchen, the casual Fernando’s Mexican Food and North Town espresso cafe. We had planned to go wine tasting in Yakima Valley but were so happy enjoying Tieton’s creative charms and nearby hiking that we didn’t venture further.

My husband, good friend and I had the best time at Elm Street studios! The beds were comfy, the decor was fun and the outside patio was comfortable and relaxing! We felt so fortunate to be within steps of a fabulous coffee house, Northtown. Then just a few more to other delicious lunch places and the fabulous Nomad for dinner! We hung out the the Shorthead Brewery, ate fabulous food truck tacos and drank their beer. We also enjoyed going to the Tieton Farm and Creamery. We loved going to all the art galleries and the unique Tieton Mosaics. This town has a ton to offer. We loved our weekend away and will be back!!

Though we'd seen the cabin before, it sort of took our breath away when we arrived, opened the gate and entered the property. It's an architecturally stunning little cabin. The yard around it, the retail spaces nearby, Boxx Gallery, fantastic food options, the town square across the street, all serve to make it friendly and inviting. It's also, quiet. We settled in, access was easy, and immediately went for the first of several bike rides in the area. Hikes at nearby Snow Mountain and Cowiche Canyon were spectacular. We discovered that the small town of Tieton is surrounded by eastern Washington's characteristic desert beauty - orchards, wineries, sagebrush, farms, hills and canyons everywhere.
